National Client Account Manager- Virtual/Remote

The Opportunity Trinity Healthcare Staffing Group is seeking to add a few superstars to our national Sales team. We are looking for individuals who are entrepreneurial at heart and have the desire to do something great with their career. Our Client Account Managers have superior earning potential and are provided great support and resources to ensure they are very successful. We also offer a full home office set up to allow our Client Account Team the remote option of working from home, while still being connected to a large, virtual team. As a Client Account Manager you will:
  • Engage clients in a specific regional focus and drive orders into company by identifying attractive opportunities
  • Direct Orders to the Orders team and facilitate information to better prepare recruiters to fill orders with success
  • Manage leads coming from recruitment team to identify new clients that are attractive based on preferred client criteria
  • Build a pipeline for clients in their respective regions and identify clients with multiple systems that impact other regions
  • Work with Recruiters to focus on critical orders that have preferred characteristics
  • Evaluate strengths and weakness of candidates based on customer requirements
  • Present and recommend the best candidates for client requirements
  • Prepare recruiters for external client interviews with nurse leaders
  • Negotiate bill rates and other terms of contracts to facilitate successful assignment
  • Support business partners with credentialing support and help nurses understand requirements
  • Provide first day instructions to recruiters and help provide information to have smooth start
  • Manage ongoing client relationships for enduring partnerships and profit margins
  • Establish and build relationships with business partners
  • Engage in social media and other professional associations to meet and collaborate with facility contacts
  • Engage team in sharing best practices and industry knowledge

Trinity HSG offers a comprehensive compensation package designed to provide our Client Account Managers with superior earning potential. Our compensation plan includes a base salary and monthly commission. The total package is industry leading overall and has been highly regarded by our top performers as a favorable plan compared to industry counterparts. The Qualifications
To be a successful Trinity Healthcare Staffing Group Client Account Manager, you must possess the following:
  • 3-8 years of Client Account Management in a healthcare staffing setting
  • Fearless/ Driven
  • Internally Motivated and Driven
  • Professional and Polished Appearance
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
