Please keep in mind each facility may also have their own way of keeping time, however this does not take the place of your requirement to also keep up with and submit your Trinity timesheet. We do our best to ensure that your pay is timely and cannot depend on the facility’s to send your information on time.
On Monday, Trinity’s Payroll team will send out email notifications that your timesheet has been received. If you do not receive this confirmation email by 1:30pm, please try re-submitting your timesheet or call the Payroll team at 843-656-0545.
Check stubs are available for your view by 4pm Wednesday at the following site: https://agencystaffing.apihealthcare.com/trinityhsg/tempaccess. Please reach out to your recruiter to receive your log-in info or if having difficultly logging in.
STEPS FOR SUBMITTING TIMESHEETS TO TRINITY
- Download your timesheet (PDF Time Sheet)
- Complete timesheet including required signatures.
- Use one of the following methods to submit your completed timesheets.
Method 1 - Fax
Fax your time sheet to 866-213-5933

Method 2- Email
Send a scanned PDF copy (no pictures please) of your timesheet to email@example.com
