Michaela Lea has been with Trinity for 4 months and is scheduled to renew for the third contract at the facility where she was recognized. She has been an RN for 16 years working with the ER as her specialty. The facility she is currently on contract at recognized her for providing excellent care; she was recognized by the Nurse Manager of her unit. During her current contract, she was recognized by the Nurse Manager while making rounds as always “being calm during stressful situations.” The manager noted that the staff had commented to her that Michaela is always professional. The Manager sent Michaela a personal note thanking her and recognizing her for her professionalism, knowledge and efforts when working with the ER team.

The last facility she was on contract at recognized her as someone they would nominate for the Daisy Award for Extraordinary Nurses. During her contract, she was recognized by a patient/family for the Daisy Award for consistently meeting the criteria of Respect, Commitment, Excellence, Integrity and Service. Even though she was not allowed to participate in this award internally for the facility, they wanted to recognize her achievements.

Kristen has worked with Trinity for 1 year and is on her 3rd contract. She has been an RN for 8 years working mostly in Labor and Delivery. Mary has worked with Trinity for 1 year and will be starting on her 6th contract. She has been an RN for 10 years working in the CVICU/MICU/ICU/Stepdown specialty areas. During her last contract, where she worked 3 contracts at the same facility, the nurse manager recognized her by sending an email providing feedback on Mary's performance stating:“Mary Rhoades, travel RN - Recognized a patient was having a heart attack, got a rapid 12 lead ECG and quickly and accurately followed the AMI alert process which resulted in the patient receiving Life-saving PCI within 63 minutes of his symptoms. This is the first In House AMI ALERT that has gone well, where staff followed the protocol correctly. The Cardiologists were very pleased with her professionalism and skill!”

Wanda Booth has almost hit her 2 years mark with Trinity and is on her 7th contract at the same facility. She’s worked for nearly 11 years in the ER. During her recent contract, the ER manager recognized her by sending an email providing feedback on Wanda’s performance in the ER wanting the Account Manager to let the recruiter know what a great job Wanda did with a difficult patient situation. The ER was very pleased with the care she provided. In the words of the patient, “She was great! She listened and was understanding.” The ER director added that even though this incident was very challenging, Wanda maintained her professional and caring attitude during her care of the patient – she did a great job!

During her recent contract, the OR manager recognized her by sending an email stating what a wonderful, professional, and amazing nurse Felicia was – glad to have her in her OR! An evaluation from her first contract worked with Trinity received “Exceeds Expectations” in all areas with the Manager commenting, “Mrs. Livingston, was a very knowledgeable and professional RN.
